Treatment techniques you may find Ivory using include electro, scalp, and auricular acupuncture, subcutaneous acupuncture, facial acupuncture, electric moxa, gua sha (scraping) and cupping. When appropriate, Ivory also offers TCM lifestyle and self-care suggestions to her clients.

Ivory’s journey in TCM started after her first acupuncture treatment during which she was a health sciences undergrad at Simon Fraser University. She has experience working as a community health worker and as well a herbal clinic assistant in Chinatown, Vancouver. After getting her credentials to practice in BC, Ivory also interned with Doctors in different provinces of China.

Ivory views the body as a whole and believes that meeting her clients where they are is the key to their recovery process.
