🔹Chest and Shoulder Stretch: If you find yourself slouching while you’re working, stretching the chest and shoulders may be one of the best stretches to incorporate into your work day! ⁠
⁠
How to: Take the arms behind you and interlace the fingers together. Begin to lift the arms up until you feel a stretch across your chest. Hold this stretch for 15 to 30 seconds and release. ⁠
⁠
🔹Hip Stretch: The hip flexors shorten and tighten the glutes while sitting. Hip stretches can target the hips and glutes in one stretch. ⁠
⁠
How to: While seated, cross your right ankle over your left knee. Sitting tall, begin to fold forward at the hips until you feel a stretch across your right glute. You can press down on your right knee to help deepen the stretch. Hold this stretch for 15 to 30 seconds and then repeat on the other side. ⁠

Are you feeling tight in your neck/back from sitti Are you feeling tight in your neck/back from sitting at a desk all day? Try these 2 mobility exercises throughout your day to help loosen things up 👇

🔹Thread the needle - Come into a 4 point kneeling position with wrists underneath the shoulders and knees directly under the hips. Taking your right arm up, open up your chest to the side and bring the right arm down, threading it through, bringing the shoulder towards the floor. Put both hands back to the mat and repeat on the other side. Try 5x/side.

🔹Cat Cow - In the same 4 point kneeling position, press up through the hands, rounding the back. Tuck your tailbone under while looking down. Bring the chest forward, lift your tailbone up, and glide the shoulder blades down. Try these 5-10x.

Aim to integrate these exercises 2-3x throughout your work day. Let us know if it helps! 💪
