Spiral Form

Tuesdays 12-1pm

A one-of-a-kind group exercise class, combining Pilates, Ballet, Yoga, Strength and Flexibility components. Increase your cardiovascular capacity without jumping. Guided breathwork will accompany each exercise and the class will be concluded with a short meditation.

Reduce Your Pain

Wednesdays 7:30-8:25am, May 1 – June 5; OR Fridays 12-12:55pm, May 3 – Friday June 7

If you’re living with pain, it’s difficult to work on getting stronger, faster, or using your body in the way you want. Take charge of it with this non-medication-based approach. We cover re-setting our nervous system to calm down pain signals, improvements to breathing and posture, soft tissue release techniques, and how to make pain reduction “stick.” The 6-week structure provides time to practice techniques on your own between each class.

What do you need to stand tall, look and feel amazing, and support the movement demands of your active life? Posture, core, and glutes, that’s what. Come spend an hour improving your structure from the inside out.

Prenatal Class

Wednesdays and Fridays 9-10am

This class is designed to offer safe and effective core, strength, and flexibility work as you prepare your body for childbirth. Every woman experiences pregnancy differently and thus cannot be treated like everyone else. This class offers functional training during your individual journey and for your unique needs while enjoying the company and comradery of other expecting mothers.

Postnatal Class

Help your body bounce back after giving birth! This class is designed to offer safe and effective core, strength, and cardiovascular exercise while focusing on the physical demands and challenges of being a mom. Every class is guided with the intention of therapeutic functional strength training and core stability with a personalized approach in order to support any of your needs or concerns.

Yoga Flow for Runners

Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm

Instructor: Jaclyn Kilkenny

Maximum 6 participants

Join Jaclyn for an all-levels class geared towards runners. This one-hour class will engage muscles throughout your whole body to provide an effective cross-training and recovery routine. There will be a focus on proper breathing to help build your lung capacity to increase endurance and improve athletic performance. Directed movements will be geared towards improving your strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility for a faster and more efficient stride. You can expect an increase in your range of motion and decreased stiffness to help stay injury free and run stronger!

Hatha Yoga

Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm

Instructor: Jaclyn Kilkenny

In this all-levels Hatha yoga class, Jaclyn will guide you towards building strength and balance with focus on proper breathing. Postures will aim to increase your flexibility and mobility, providing an opportunity to release tension and reduce stress. The emphasis of this class will be to find ease of movement with your breath and to help create a connection between your mind and body.
