ONLINE Sexual Pain Workshop with a Pelvic Floor Physio

DATE: Thursday nov 19th, 2020

TIME: 6-6:45 pm

Do you have pain with sex? Are you wondering if anything can be done about this?

This FREE online workshop is for clients of all gender expressions that would like to learn how to ease their pain with sex. Our Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist, Maryla Podgajny, will host this informal workshop to address your questions and concerns, need-to-knows, and how these issues can be addressed with therapy.

What It’s About:

You are not alone. Approximately 16% (8 to 28%) of women experience vulvar discomfort and or vulvar pain at some time in their life .[1] [3] Chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CP/CPPS) studies estimate prevalence varied from 8.4% to 25% with 35%–50% of the male population reported to be likely affected by associated symptoms during their lifetime.[2] This Sexual Pain workshop can be an opportunity to listen to information about pelvic floor anatomy and function, what your nervous system is telling you when you feel pain, and how Physiotherapy can improve your sexual satisfaction and decrease your pain. Also, it can be a safe, supportive, and confidential opportunity to ask questions you might have and not asked yet.

Book in for this FREE ONLINE workshop to learn what you can do to start enjoying and embracing pain-free sex again!
