After graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from Queen’s University, Taylor returned home to the ocean and mountains to complete her Masters of Physical Therapy at UBC.

Taylor’s interest in physiotherapy began while volunteering in an adaptive gym providing exercise programming for those with mobility impairments and developmental disabilities. It was here she became passionate about empowering people of all abilities through therapeutic exercise and participating in the rehab process.

She enjoys working with a variety of clinical presentations, and has a special interest in pelvic health.  Taylor practices with a whole-person approach to ensure every patient feels safe, supported, and an integral part of the collaborative rehabilitation process. She believes in combining hands-on strategies with exercise and education, while fostering self management to support clients through their rehab journey in a way that best meets their goals.

Taylor has a love for outdoor pursuits, and can be found getting outside on 2 skis, 2 wheels, or her own 2 feet. She loves hiking, skiing, running and cycling, and most recently is trying to keep up with her friends at pickleball. Taylor is here to help support you to get back to being active in whatever way moves you.
