With more than six years of practice as a Registered Massage Therapist, Jenine has developed into a dynamic therapist that tailors each treatment based on patient history and goals.
Being knowledgeable in anatomy and physiology as well as having a keen interest in strength training and movement patterns, Jenine understands the stresses put on the body by sport and daily life.
While she believes that manual therapy is an important facet of symptom relief and return to play, she knows the real game-changer is the education that is given to each patient so they are well equipped to prevent injury and thrive.
Jenine believes that a healthy lifestyle is achieved on a daily basis by setting personal and professional goals. In her spare time, she enjoys strength training, cycling, traveling, and exploring the mountains of beautiful British Columbia.
