Hayati graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree from Maharashtra University, Bombay in 2017. After working there for a year in both private and hospital settings, she completed her MSc in Rehabilitation Science at McGill University, Montreal in 2019.
Hayati has always been keen about human anatomy and kinetics which grew her fascination towards how the body evolves to individualised training. She believes in setting personalised goals for her clients to manage pain and enhancing their performance. She does this using a combination of evidence-based manual therapy, Clinical Pilates, and exercise prescription.
She’s passionate about helping people get back to their daily activities and encouraging them to practice an active lifestyle. She finds it very fulfilling to be a part of one’s journey to improving their physical health.
Hayati is a strong advocate of continued learning and honing one’s skills. She loves to maintain an active lifestyle with Pilates and Yoga. In her leisure, she enjoys hiking, dancing, photography, and exploring in and around Vancouver.
