Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a light touch modality which addresses the nervous system; its roots are from Osteopathy and from Dr. John E Upledger in the Early 1970s. CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system, which is comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Because of its light touch nature, CST is an extremely safe form of manual treatment for many conditions.
